Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred - Check it out on Amazon - I actually really enjoyed this program. Level 3 is killer!! But I saw results even when I didn't stick to a "good" diet. The best part was that it's only 30 minutes, so it's one that [if I chose to] I could do in the morning before work. I did not lose any weight on this one. HOWEVER, my before and after pics showed that I gained muscle and lost inches.









Ease into 5K - This amazing little app [can be found for android too] is designed to get you from a couch potatoe, to running a 5K in just 8 weeks! It gradually gets you up off your tush and on your feet. And you only have to run 3 times a week!
